Anyone Know How to Transfer Photos to Fabric? |
I have heard before that there is a way to transfer photos onto fabric. I dont mean gluing them - I mean, so that the photo actually becomes printed onto the fabric. Anyone know the technique (s)? Thanks so much | 08 Feb 2010 06:01 |

Transfering Photos to Fabric |
I have made squares with freezer paper and material.Use light colors. cut freezer paper to size of your printer paper. iron it on to your material then scan your picture and print them. I have not washed mine yet but have heard they don't wash good colors fade. Hope this help. Any questions just ask. Donette | 08 Feb 2010 17:00 |

Transfer photos onto fabric |
I have put photographs on a quilt before. I did it with transfer paper and it does have to go on white or beige material. If you do use the transfers make sure you use a cheap iron that does not have a automatic turn off! It will keep your iron from getting hot enough and your pictures will turn out fuzzy. I also used cool peel transfer paper. Good luck! | 09 Feb 2010 17:19 |

Also heard about putting fabrci through the printer and just printing what you want. I think you have to make the fabrci stiff with that interfacing stuff or whatever that you just iron on, or something like that. Should work good for blocks. And I would try it on a scrap piece of fabric first | 10 Feb 2010 16:47 |
