¾ c. heavy cream
¼ c. butter
¼ c. sugar
8 squares
semisweet chocolate
3 tbsp. orange liqueur
Chocolate wafer crumbs
Combine cream,
butter, and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium
heat. Remove from heat. Add chocolate squares and liqueur.
Stir until
chocolate is completely melted. Chill for 4 hours or until mixture is
firm enough to shape.
Form into balls
and roll in cookie crumbs to coat. Place each truffle into a foil or
paper bon bon cup and chill.
Store in airtight
container in refrigerator.
Makes about 5 dozen.
